Advice?

So this cycle I have experienced quite a bit of spotting / light bleeding on and off which is not normal for me. I get slight cramping with the spotting, like mild period cramps. I’m on CD 18 today and so far I’ve had no positive OPK (my last cycle I ovulated on CD 17). My OPK results seem to be fluctuating a lot (photo below).

I had a MMC at 10 weeks just before Christmas, could this be anything to do with it?

I know there’s a chance I may just be ovulating a bit later than I did last month but I’m just a bit concerned because of the spotting that I’m having. It’s light pink / red in colour.
