should I try to get back with him?

me and my boyfriend of 11 months broke up. I initiated it but than I regretted it and he said we should just be friends because we were arguing a lot. I love this boy so much even tho he would flirt with other people right in my face and he would lie to me I still miss him. I miss our happy times, our cuddles, our kisses, our hugs, and all our great memories. I wanna get him back but he says we should just be friends because he doesn't want to argue anymore. what can I do to show him I care and to get back with him. I miss him so much and we broke up about 2 weeks ago but still text everyday.
