Chipotle Queso Blanco - ah I ate some! Am I okay?

Question

So, I just inhaled my chipotle - salad bowl with sofritas, cheese, guac, salsa, and of course my hungry self asked for a side of queso blanco, as I started to eat it, I realized I should call Chipotle to ask if their cheese is pasteurized, UGH. Their shredded cheese is, but apparently, the woman who I spoke to, said the queso blanco is NOT. However, Chipotle’s website said it is, HELP! Do I need to be worried? I had chips with it and of course scooped some with my fork into my salad bowl a few times before I stopped, UGH. 
Am I overreacting?! Sigh.

I would trust the website over an employee on the phone. It’s a huge liability for the company if their website is wrong. I’m sure you are fine.

I find employees aren’t super helpful and just kinda guess on this stuff if they don’t know... had that happen to me as well. U are fine :)

I'm assuming at one point it was cooked to make it, and cooking unpasteurized cheeses is fine too

Pretty sure chipotle would make sure it’s pasteurized. They don’t want any liability in case someone got sick.
