Does your insurance cover any prenatal care or bloodwork??

I can’t believe I have to pay $400 with my INSURANCE  for my first ultrasound and she said there’ll be a cost for every ultrasound and I’m considered high risk so that’ll be a lot more frequently. Is this normal pricing ?  
I have UHC insurance btw

I had a $25 dollar co-pay for each ultrasound but I think my insurance covers the rest or maybe I’ll have to pay a little out of pocket... waiting for the bill. I work for the state of New York.

i have united, and for my ultrasound visit was 39 the others have been free. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Yes. Everything is covered through Kaiser in terms of routine prenatal care.

It depends on where I choose to have the baby and test.if I go public then everything is free.but I choose to go private with my own obgyn so I pay for ultrasounds and everything outpatient
