Logging 1am sex?

Question

Just curious to hear what you ladies log when you have sex very early in the morning (eg. 1 or 2 am). My husband and I had sex at 1am today before we went to sleep, so would I log it as Friday 6th or Saturday 7th?

I always log it for the day before even though it’s technically not. My reasoning is that it is almost always late at night when we do have sex so I feel it’s consistent to log it as the night of since it all happens within a few hour window typically.

I log it as if it’s still before midnight. I’m not really sure why. I guess I look at it like if I have sex at 1 am, go to bed and then have sex again that night at 9 pm I wouldn’t really consider that having sex twice in the same day because I went to bed in between although I realize it technically is.

I don’t understand why there is any question around this. If you have sex at 1a on the 7th, then you’d log for the 7th. If you have sex on the 7th (within the 24 hours that make up the 7th), why would you think you’d log for the 6th? You log for the day when you have sex regardless of the time.
