Does breastfeeding help you lose weight?
When I first got pregnant, I was 155. My final weight at my last appt before my water broke was 187 (yikes, I know). I weighed myself 2 days ago, so a week and 2 days postpartum, I was 157 already. Today I weighed myself again and I was down to 152.
Is it normal to lose weight this drastically after having a baby? By other people’s stories I thought it was going to be so hard to get all the weight off.
Would me breastfeeding/pumping help me lose weight quicker?
