TMI and GRAPHIC PICTURE

SO....I went ONLY PEE- Wiped ONLY brown Sticky stuff, looked in toilet and SAW this- I haven’t had a period since it started Dec 25- ended in January 1st. I have VERY IRREGULAR PERIODS. I can go five months without one...I also have not had cramping or even the slightest Blood yet...my aunt, mom, friend don’t even know what this is or even my grandmother...Help!!
