Diaper Genie?

We are thinking about getting a diaper genie, just just not sure which one ot much about them. Our 6.5 month old son's dirty diapers smell and we're just looking for a good way to combat it. We are just using a small trashcan now. Any recommendations or advice welcome.

This is what we use. Doesn’t smell at all and we Reuse grocery bags or any shopping bags to refill this. I’ve even used a Barnes and Nobles bag for this and it still was useful and able to conceal the smell. I usually change the bag 2 times a week. But there have been times where I only changed it out once and all was still well.

I've had this one since my son was born, I honestly love it. Doesn't stink unless it's full, about 4 or 5 days of not changing the bag. I use 13 gallon trash bags, just like the ones that I use for my kitchen trash can so it saves me money. I used to pour baking soda after dropping each diaper in but... I got over it lol would definitely recommend it. Way cheaper than buying diaper genie refills every other month 🤷🏻‍♀️
