Help! Took a medicine I wasn’t supposed to pregnant

I didn’t have any Benadryl so I took a Benadryl congestion thinking it was the same thing but I just looked it up and it said it wasn’t safe to take during pregnancy 😫😫😫 I’m 34 weeks pregnant do you think it will be ok??? I’m so freakin worried now
