Yellow discharge 10 weeks

Can someone advise? I am 10 weeks and not due for first appointment for another two weeks. I have yellow discharge, not copius amounts but noticeable when I wipe after peeing. The discharge is yellow in colour, no odour. It's quite sticky and thick. No itching or redness now there. When I look online apparently yellow discharge is not normal in pregnancy. Does anyone else have experience of this? Thanks in advance xx
