Hand sanitizer?

I never thought about this but is hand sanitizer safe to use during pregnancy  because of the alcohol in it ? Probably a stupid question but it just came to my head that stuff can sink into the blood stream?

Meh, I don’t use it not pregnant. I don’t like the ingredients list. I’m pretty sure my dry winter hands wouldn’t be ok with it if I did use it. I’ve cut out most products in my life that contain things like parabens, propylene glycol, sodium laurel sulfate etc...
