What would you think if someone said they graduated at 19 instead of 18?

I will have to graduate late, and I just turned 19 I feel so awful. I feel like people will think I was lazy, or the work was too hard for me to do. In actuality I was severely depressed my junior year and that left me behind on my classes. and now I wanted to have senior photos taken but now I’m scared of what people will say or think about me so I don’t think I’m going to take them now but I still want to.
