What are the best pads for a light or regular flow?

I have a hard time with pads because of my size I guess. I’m a smaller girl and most pads are too wide for me and I feel uncomfortable or like I have to stand a certain way.

these are my go-to. they’re kind of the same size width as other pads.. but the foam is a lot more flexible and moves with you so it isn’t as stiff feeling as other pads. i used to use cotton ones but they didn’t make me feel as dry, these definitely do.
