I need some makeup advice! I use the generic Ulta brand foundation and powder (it was a gift) on my face, but I’ve been noticing that the makeup makes my face look flakey and dry. I’m not sure what causes that, but I’m hoping to switch to another foundation and see if that makes a difference. Could it be my face? I wash it regularly with acne wash, yet somehow still have the acne from hell.
