Hi ladies. This is my first pregnancy and I am so worried about a miscarriage. My first HCG level was 489. 48hrs later it was 1295. I went into the ED last night (2 days later) with left sided abdominal pain and bleeding (enough to cover half of a pantiliner). Repeat hcg was only 1817 and no gestational sac found. Was told miscarriage vs very early pregnancy and to follow up with my OB on Monday for another blood test. Anyone have a similiar experience or can offer any insight? The waiting is the worst...
