It’s a day before my AF I woke up feeling supper sick headache & nose run. I’ve went to the bathroom at leave 4 times today it’s not diarrhea TMI but I keep pooping. I have this pit in my stomach to where I feel like I have to throw up but nothings comes out. I’ve also been waking up super hungry. I don’t wanna test until I’ve missed a period but have anyone felt this way before AF ?
