Today my blood pressure shot up and I starting seeing spots

It was at 168/76

My blood pressure has been staying around 117/66

It went back down over the course of 30 mins

Is this something to be concerned about right now?

Or should I wait until my appointment on the 18th?

Update called labor and delivery

They had me come in

Dr said sounds like hypertension

She said if she confirms the hypertension at my next appointment she wants baby born at 37 weeks!
