How often do you change your tampon throughout the day?

I am on day 2 of my period and I am bleeding through Super tampons every 2-3 hours. Just trying to gage if this is normal or considered heavy.

Whenever I have to use the bathroom - I change it and I never wear them overnight.

That’s pretty normal but it’s not good to leave them in for longer than 8 hours anyways since you can get TSS

Depending on the day of my period I’ll change a super tampon every 30-45 mins as it starts leaking a lot and I would have bloody pants if I didn’t 😂
