Hey mamas, have any of you experienced prodromal labor/false labor?

I am 33 weeks and have been having painful contractions for the past five days. The intensity is getting worse, along with the pressure in my vagina (tmi, sorry), but the contractions are still only 5-10 minutes apart.

I'm having them all day everyday, but they stay at 5-10 minutes apart and only grow in intensity.

If you have experienced this before, how long did this last? I am absolutely MISERABLE and don't know how much more of this I can take 😭

L&D told me not to come back unless baby has decreased movements, or if I start bleeding, so I'm just stuck having this intense pain not knowing how long this will go on for.
