Toddler still struggles with sleep

She’s teething a molar currently, but in general she’s always been a terrible sleeper. She naps from 11-1pm, but sometimes only 1 hour and wakes up at 12pm. I’ve tried to put her down at 4:30, 5, 6. Doesn’t work. She gets a bath and bottle before bedtime. Blackout curtains. We try to keep the house quiet. Nothing works. She just wants to keep playing. And she gets overtired around 6. She was probably sleeping okay in December. But then she had a leap, now she’s teething. We can’t seem to get a break. Any suggestions? Right now she’s just an overtired mess, she goes to sleep around 7:30, sometimes 8. I have to drive her sometimes in order to get her to sleep. Bedtime is always a struggle.

PS- she already has 16 out of 20 baby teeth. So right now she’s teething her 17th tooth.

Maybe try pushing her nap later? What time does she wake up in the morning? We do lights out at 7:30pm and she rolls around for 20-30 minutes before falling asleep. She is up around 6:45am and we do nap 12:30-2(ish). Is she waking during the night? Are you nursing?

Is she just having trouble going to sleep or does she also have trouble staying asleep?
