Did Shettles Method work? Trying to conceive a baby girl

We are trying to have a second baby and would like to have a girl. I read online how there are different ways to manipulate nature into increasing your chances if you want a specific gender. Any success stories?

For me yes, but I didn't plan it intentionally, it just so happened that the months we didn't have sex often other than on my ovulation we had boys and when we had sex before ovulation we had girls. I don't think it works 100% but feel it can increase the chances slightly

I failed at it. I ovulated a day later than I thought. I was temping and had a peak the day before so we had sex, but didn’t ovulate until a day after the peak. So I got my second girl and 4th girl in family. I also have three sisters. No nephews or brothers.
