My child is almost 3 and I still don't know what sleep train is. We did baby in bassinet from birth to 3 months. 3 months up until now, he slept in his crib and now toddler bed 7 to 7.

We sleep trained our daughter at 12 months the week after her first birthday. It only took about a week & shes been a great sleeper ever since

I didn’t wait for either of my babies. We’ve followed a consistent bedtime routine since coming home from the hospital with both of them. They are 22 months and 6 months old and they both sleep in their crib in their own bedrooms through the night most nights.

Sleep train early. They won't develop proper sleep habits and self soothing techniques if you wait.

My husband sleep trained when I was at work otherwise my 1 year old wouldn’t sleep for him, she was used to nursing to sleep. I refused to sleep train but I am SO GLAD he did. I was working 10 hour shifts getting 14 hours sleep a week. I was in zombie mode 🥱
