Two brown eyed parents, what color are your kid's eyes?

My husband and I have brown eyes. Our 2.5 year old daughter has blue eyes. I'm thinking my 3.5 month old son's are going to be either blue or green. We always figured our kids would have brown eyes, but apparently not!

My husband’s parents both have dark brown eyes, dark brown hair. My fil was born with bright, white blond hair though that turned brown through the years. 
My husband had blue eyes, white blond hair when he was born. A month later, his eyes turned green and stayed that way. His hair has also gotten darker now that he’s older. 
Although his immediate parents didn’t have those traits, it runs in their families so it wasn’t really a surprise.

I have green eyes, but they turn bluish green depending on what color I’m wearing. My husband has brown eyes. Our 11 month old has blue eyes but they change a greenish color depending on what color he wears. 
I just knew while I was pregnant that our son would take after my husband in every aspect because those genes are STRONG. His nephew looks just like him.

If you both have brown eyes and your 1st child has blue eyes then your other child will most likely have either brown (75% chance) or blue eyes (25% chance). Eye color is not perfect mendelian genetics, but it's very unlikely, based on what you've described, that you could have a child with green eyes. If one of you had blue eyes and the other had brown or hazel then it would be more likely.

So my parents both have brown/slightly green eyes in some lights, and have 4 biological children... I have light blue/grey eyes, the next brother has brown, the next brother has green, and our youngest sister has dark brown
