Trying to tone and lose weight đź’€

Does anybody have any tips for a lazy 19 year old who wants to tone and lose weight but can’t stop eating rubbish and just wants to lay in bed all day.

I work full time in a law firm doing IT so I am constantly moving around and crawling under tables etc. Most days I walk 2 miles to the train station and again on the way home.

I currently weigh 10.5 stone (I’m 5’8”)and want to lose some more weight and tone! Anyone got any diets or methods that work well for you or someone you know? I have depression and anxiety and can’t really go to the gym as I get sick going public places.
