What is something you suggest I add on my registry?

I have friends and family asking if i have a registry. So im making a wish list on Amazon. What is something you suggest i add? Has there been anything you use that is an absolute must?

Make sure you use the baby registry option on amazon. You get a free box of goodies if you have prime and a $10 purchase has been made off your registry. 
Multiple sets of sheets and mattress protectors
Diapers & wipes
Nursing supplies if you plan on nursing
Boppy& several covers
Receiving blankets- can be used for swaddling and as burp cloths
bibs- drool and feeding 
Hangers
Gates
High chair
Feeding supplies- spoons, bottles, sippy cups
Diaper bag- I prefer a backpack style
I got a 2in1 swing and bouncer combo

baby flannels
baby bath with a sling.( easier to bathe free hand)
tommee tippee grooming set with baby scissors(dont use the clippers unless you fancy accidentally clipping their finger 😢) 
Bath thermometer

1000% recommend the Frida baby nose sucker. Also recommend the boppy breastfeeding pillow (you will get tons of use even if you don't breastfeed), some sort of baby carrier ( I liked the baby ktan), a sound machine, diaper genie, swaddle sacks, baby thermometer.
