What did you ladies have to do to fall pregnant having PCOS

Clomid, metformin, provera, diet, exercise, and prayer.

I didn't really have to do anything but I also wasn't intentionally trying to get pregnant. Unfortunately it seems harder to maintain the pregnancy than getting it.
