hard feeling boobs on top part????

my boobs feel so hard on the top, i was thinking it could be because i have not pumped since earlier today and theyre really full & leaking but i'm not so sure because i'm a first time mom and theyve never felt like this until i started pumping because baby wasnt latching on right. is this normal? now that my milk supply has came in and i was pumping constantly to feed her every 3 hours and haven't since 10 hours ago?
