UPDATE! Help help help!

Okay so I posted yesterday about my blue dye test that had a line pop up after an hour and a half. I chalked it up to an evap. But I couldn’t stop thinking about it so I took one with my FMU just now and this is what I see, is this a notorious blue dye evap? It came up within 5 minutes but I have seen so many false positives with this things. Opinions PLEASE!
