I live with my boyfriend, in his fathers other house next door. I HaTE IT! I want my son to have my last name! I'm the last person in my family with it, and I argued before he was born but father in law and boyfriend told me " no thats his grandson/son and will have his last name." They have money and I was afraid him and son would fight me, for the baby. I named my childs middle name after my grandfather and the father in law made fun of it. My boyfriend said he would be"retarded". Neither of them knewmy grandfather he raised me when I was little, worked hard and would help anyone even with his last dollar. He died when I was 16 of cancer from the stealmills he worked in.😭 The father in law has 4 brothers who all have kids. I'm the very last in my family to carry on name I love. I Need and advice on how to change it! Here is why:

I wasn't living with the father in law or boyfriend when he decided to try and get me pregnant. Last year Sept.2018 I left his fathers house after being there for 3 years. He is in 30's I'm 25, and I was done with his father taking care of us and getting to hear it. Not to mention boyfriend applying for disability. I finally applied online near my mom Where is father lives it's far and neither one of us could afford a car. Well I got one and moved in with my parents. I found out I got pregnant day after Christmas when my boyfriend called and said "what am I suppose to be by myself for Christmas?" Well I still loved him just couldn't stand the situation and was trying to move on. Anyway I was on birth control and got pregnant after a month of being on it. I worked the whole time I was pregnant and he was a hour away at his dad's. The whole time telling my parents I'm gonna live with them, after baby comes. Except no one to help with baby. Anyway me and the father in law are arguing now every time I see him. He is very controling and I feel if he would stop telling his son what he cant do without him.... That Maybe my boyfriend would have confidence go anywhere else. Anyway after the baby was born in Aug 2019. We went to BF's fathers, because there is just his dad in that house, and the father told me I couldn't and shouldn't take baby👶🏻to my parents until he was at least 4 months old. 🤔👶🏻😧 the reason was because my brother is in high school and my parents work and that was gonna make him sick. First two months boyfriend working for his father with a job he knows how todo, but his father tells him he cant. So I have no car and baby up every 3 hours and takes a hour to feed, chang, n put back to sleep. I ask for help and get nope cause they work hard. Go to my moms and was so relaxed that I was falling asleep sitting up and baby was awake. My mom called father in law and said that BF needed to get there and help me. Father in law blows up my moms cell, and store work phone. saying BF is a great father and Putting me down. Father in law has 3 other grand kids 2 not blood living in house next door... well he kicked them out when he found out I was trying to get income housing, so we would stay. He calls whenever someone leaves including us. I would be up all night and he would come over every morning 3 to 6 times and wake up baby than leave . He stopped when he finally did it to my boyfriend, and got yelled at. Though when I ask boyfriend to say anything he doesnt. we got our old dog back who is a greyhound.. my mom and dad first say here he yelled at me and my mom in driveway about dog killing and hurting baby. The dog lays next to baby and does great with him, yet again last week ny mom got a call from father in law telling her that she needed to ask for dog back because my BF said he keeping dog. He over steps us all the time. I found out he is scared of big dogs. He told me if I got rid of the dog we have who is 10 years old that we could get a puppy. I want out of this whole thing. I got mad at BF other night and said that he will never move out, and that thank god his brother left in Oct. Because the dad had said he is sick of taking care of them. Than last night his brother moved back in at 36 years old. 🤦🏻‍♀️2 days ago i got told that I cant take the baby to my moms because of the coronavirus and that I was gonna kill my grandparents and people like him who are "doing it right and staying home" the virus isn't even in our state. The whole family on BF's side has been addicted to heavy drugs and have records. Please is there anything I can do to change his last name!
