Any former IUD users?

I’ve had my Mirena iud out since October and I’m not using any other birth control. My cycle returned quickly...right back to my normal 32 days...my flow has been much different than before though.

Now, three days before my period is expected, I’m spotting. I’m kind of hoping it’s implantation spotting but wondering if it’s really just my body still adjusting to not having the iud. (I’ve had breast tenderness, nausea, headache, cramping, dizziness for the past week as well but test was negative yesterday)

I’m just curious to hear everyone else’s experiences with stopping use of an IUD and how your body adjusted.
