Before I became pregnant I had a small thyroid nodule, it stayed the same size for almost two years, while pregnant it grew 4cms! They did a biopsy and the results came back "suspicious", so the plan is to have surgery to remove the right side of my thyroid and while doing the surgery they will sample the tissue and see if there is reason to be concerned. If there is they will remove the whole thyroid gland 😑 has anyone experienced anything similar or had this surgery? On top of all other mom and work things I just dont want this right now...
