I am 3 months pp. I had a normal vaginal delivery no complications or anything like that however, my baby was sunny side up & I pushed for 2 hours & 25 mins. My baby would come down & go back up not sure if that has anything to do with it but trying to give as many details as possible. My husband & I have only had sex a couple times. It feels like a knife is stabbing me. We have tried multiple positions which to be honest makes it even more uncomfortable. I had 1 laceration inside that needed to be stitched up but that’s it. I got the ok at 5 weeks that everything was all good to go. I am exclusively breastfeeding so we have used lube to help with dryness. Last time the pain left me in tears. This is frustrating as I want to please my husband. I feel sad and broken. We would like to try for baby #2 this year and at this rate I can’t imagine that even happening. Does anyone have any tips for sex after baby? Help please 😭
