STARVING
I’m a few days short of 6 months and still working out most days of the week. The past 12 weeks I’ve done a barre routine that was probably less intense than my normal workouts, and now that that’s over I’ve started back to more strength training. This morning was leg day and I am STARVING right now. Like I’m at work and at this rate I’m going to tear through all the food I brought before I even get to lunch. How do you ladies balance the increased appetite? I really am trying to make smart decisions so I don’t gain a ton of weight but its hard to strike the right balance of eating enough to support the pregnancy and not overdoing it.
