Spotting or period?
So I haven't bled in months but I'm spotting some real dark blood and have been for a few days now. At what point do you other ladies out there with PCOS count it as a period? It's been consistent for about 4 days now but it's not an all day thing probably 4-8 times a day depending on how active I am.
