Pacifiers?

Do you guys let your little ones sleep with a pacifier? My lo def needs it to fall asleep 90 percent of the time but will put herself to sleep with it. I just don’t want it to become an issue but I guess there are worse things. Usually at night once she’s in a deep enough sleep it falls out and she’s fine but when she’s not in a deep sleep she wants it. I have tried slipping it out after she falls asleep or when she’s falling asleep but not much success lol. I have been following all the taking cara babies stuff too
