Long post, anyone experience similar?

Amber

This will be long but in order to share what I am experiencing it is necessary. I am just looking to see if anyone has had similar experiences and what it ended up being.

I am 35 (36 in 2 weeks) 4 years ago I came off of BC and I never felt better. My periods were regular, longer cycles on average 33 days, but predictable and regular. They have always been very painful and heavy, but short, usually only 2-3 days. About 6 months ago they stopped being predictable. They would be very late or very early. In November I was 14 days late. My last period in February was relatively on time but holy hell it was the most painful period I have had since my teens, it was horrific. And I only bleed for 1 day which is not normal.

After it was over, I was still cramping and having pain like I was still on my period. 2 weeks later, I was still hurting. I would get cramps, back pain, and pain in my hip where it meets the pelvis, in that little crevice. It made it hard to walk sometimes. Some days the pain is dull and in the background and some days it's more prevalent. I also noticed the pain would worsen after sex and last for days. Last week I went to my obgyn and on physical exam she did say she thought she felt something on my right ovary. I have an ultrasound scheduled in 2 days .

A few other things over the past 6 months and I dont knowing they could be related or not. I have unintentionally lost 20 lbs, didn't change what I was doing. I have been very nauseous which has affected my appetite. Light headed occasionally. I went to my GP in October and he diagnosed it as just vertigo. I am always tired, not matter how much sleep I get. I also have had IBS-D for years which gets worse with anxiety.

Like I said I know it's long, but looking to see if this just me or if anyone has gone through something similar and ever figured out what was going on.
