Running and TTC when 35+
I’m a non-professional runner so I run for “fun” 5-6 days a week typically 4-7 miles at like a 9.5 min pace... for about 3-4 years. I’ve been reading a lot about exercise and TTC how its great but not “excessive”. My weight is fine (could stand to lose 10 lbs though) and periods are consistently 25-26 days. First time TTCing, been a couple months no luck yet.
Do you try to cut back while TTCing or just doing the TWW? Or should I not worry and just have at it? I couldn’t imagine not running and walking or elliptical are so boring! I do also do some weights (again probably could do that more often than I do).
I’m curious what you all do!!
