Adderall during pregnancy

Hi ladies, i am a little over 11 weeks pregnant. But i also have BAD BAD BAD ADD. Before i was pregnant i was taking 20 mg in the morning and 20Mg in the afternoon of adderall. So a total of 40mg XR ADDERALL. When i found out i was pregnant i stopped it cold turkey. I saw a high risk dr At maternal fetal medicine last week, he said to not worry about it and i can go back on it. So i did, and let me tell you HOLY CRAP i can finally focus at work. I work at a dr office and when you have ADD working at a dr office yourself, and your not medicated mmmmmm it’s not good. I was getting in trouble at work and i almost lost my job. Since adderall speeds up your heart rate as it is. I’m so scared it gonna speed up my babies as well. I’m just super nervous with this. I know the high risk dr said it was fine. But i want to know if there are other ladies who are pregnant on it, and what strength you were told was safe during your pregnancy. Google is not my best friend basically scared the crap out of me. Please no negative comments. I just want to know if you were on it while pregnant and if the baby was okay, or if your currently taking it while pregnant. Thanks ladies much love.
