Husband morphology

My husband submitted his semen analysis and everything came back within range except his morphology. She said his was at 2% and usually they like to see it at 4%. He said that she didn’t sound concerned and that we would talk about it at our follow up to talk about the next step.

What exactly does this mean?? Anyone have similar results? I started to google, and we all know what happens when you google. Looking for people who have has similar results and what this could mean ?
