Red hot ear and rash?

He’s 9 months, had several ear infections. Is this another one? Ear is hot, swollen, red, and rash is spreading through his face. Any help is appreciated!

Could deff be a ear infection. There are several different types of ear infections (most people don’t know that 🤷🏻‍♀️). My middle daughter used to get this way when she has a ear infection. Also the red rash could be caused by the fever or scarlet fever. My kids almost always get scarlet fever when sick😐
