I’ve never understood how people can wear panty liners all day. How does that keep you fresh? My vagina gets super irritated if I wear pads or panty liners. It can’t breathe lol

I've worn light panty liners for 20 years. 
I've never had a bacterial infection or even a yeast infection for that matter. 
Women have discharge. Sometimes it's a little, sometimes it's a lot. Being able to peel away a saturated pad and apply a fresh one is better for your vaginal health than walking around with sopping wet panties all day long.

Ive been wearing one since I hit puberty. It keeps everything feeling clean. Since having two kids they now are helpful for those times I owe a little when I sneeze. 😆

I get really heavy discharge sometimes. 
So half the time, I get no discharge, and then depending on where I am in my cycle, I get like absolutely drenched in discharge.
I'm at uni and can't always go straight to the bathroom when I feel the discharge there and I don't want wet undies/pants.
Also just got an IUD so while my discharge has gotten better, I have random bleeding. I wear them all the time when I'm not at home. Just to be safe
