Is it endometriosis???

I feel awful right now. I’m on my period and I’ve had awful contracting pains in my abdomen the past couple days. I went to Urgent Care and they suggested having an ultrasound to check for problems with my gallbladder or pancreas. 
The ultrasound came out normal and today I have diarrhea and terrible heartburn. Could this be endometriosis?

Endometriosis is not a one period experience. It usually affects you throughout the month, starting at ovulation and building until your period.
Some women never have relief from pain.
The most common symptoms of endo are:
-Extreme period pain
-Pain with sex and/or bowel movements
-irregular cycles 
-extreme bloating
-Pain in your pelvic region during other times of the month
-Extremely heavy flow (usually with clots)
Endo is only diagnosable through laparoscopic surgery. It is NOT curable. It CAN be treated with excision surgery by a pelvic specialist surgeon. 
If you have been having these issues for multiple cycles it's worth checking into. 
I know all of these things because I have endo and have been through the ringer. Lol best of luck and I hope you feel better soon.
