A lump?

My right boob is very sensitive and as I try to massage them I feel a hard lump inside. I’m still breastfeeding so maybe it could be milk that hardened up?

Clogged duct. Be careful, try to massage it out before it develops into mastitis. It's very painful.

It could be a clogged duct, massage the area & apply warm compresses while nursing. Hand expressing might also help remove it.

This JUST happened to me yesterday and it was a clogged duct. I pumped more often and massaged it while I pumped and it’s gone today!

Take some coconut or body oil in a really hot shower and message the lump under hot water until it loosens up. If the lump doesn’t go away, or your breast become red and hot you should talk to your doctor. Most likely though you’ll it’s a simple fix.
