Is any one else trying to lose weight before or while TTC?
I am looking to lose about 20-30 pounds. I am not looking to go on any extreme diet or anything but I want to get to a healthy BMI by eating really healthy and increasing my physical activity. I started today with cutting out caffeine and sugar(that doesn't come from fruit). I am switching to healthy carbs and less of them. Increasing protein and vegetables and having a mild amount of fruits. I want to keep TTC while doing this as well.
Is anyone else trying to lose weight while or before TTC?
