Could this be my rainbow baby 🌈???

Ok so I’m on CD 39 or 40 (I have irregular cycles) for the last 3 days i been spotting.Normally when I spot that day or the next day my period starts also my spotting is brown or red not pink .This time the spotting is happening once a day though and it’s light pink. Its not enough to go on a panty liner and when I check my cervix there is light pink spotting but not every time and my cervix feel closed .I had a miscarriage back in October. My boobs hurt but not to bad. I been trying for a baby for so long could this be it?
