Implantation or ovulation bleeding?

Okay so literally the last 6 months I have been having two periods a month, the first one is my usual period and then the next comes like a week or two after and it’s usually light but this week it’s more brown than usually so I know that’s old oxidized blood. So idk what is going on. I currently don’t have health insurance to go visit the obgyn and we don’t have any planned parenthood’s near or around me anywhere. What could you think is happening? Tomorrow is my peak of ovulation so I’m thinking maybe it’s that but it’s just different this month.
