Throat feeling swollen?

I think I've finally hit the I can't breathe properly stage. I've noticed that my throat feels swollen and that's why I'm having a hard time breathing, especially when I sleep. I wake up sometimes at night feeling like I have apnea. It doesn't hurt at all. Just wondering if anyone else feels like they have a tight/swollen throat?

I have swollen nose and thoatwhen I lie down. They said it is normal. It makes me breathe trough my mouth, and breathing trough my mouth makes me cough the next day.... People keep joking, I have the new virus. 😃 But as I have not told them I am pregnant (16weeks), I cant say I have an excuse...

I wouldn’t say i have issues breathing but my throat has for sure been screwed up and swollen for the last few weeks. I tend to get allergies, but not as badly as I have been. So I think the pregnancy exasperates the symptoms. I try to sleep with a humidifier and drink hot tea with lemon and honey before bed, but it doesn’t help much. It’s just apart of it unfortunately.
