Me and my fiancé has been trying for ever to get pregnant ... in my past I’ve had a tubal pregnancy, and my baby didn’t make it. Several months later I fount out I was having a miscarriage..... never even knew I was pregnant. Now I’ve met the man of dreams and we’ve been trying for so long and every test is negative.. it’s starting to be heartbreaking at this point .. 🥺 any suggestions guys ? I haven’t had my period sense DECEMBER 😳 but ever test is NEGATIVE... 😭
