Any ideas what this could be..?

My 3-year old is running a temp of 101.5° and has these red rash looking things on her neck and chest. Her nose is always really congested and she's been really sleepy and cuddly. Any ideas of what it could be? Is it something I need to take her in for..?

Sounds like Scarlet fever! I’d take her and get checked out ASAP. She would need an antibiotic if she does have it.

Sounds like and looks like a talent fever . Nothing a antibiotic can’t help clear up. My girls unfortunately get scraper fever every time they get sick 😑

Viruses can often cause rashes in little ones and with the temp I would suspect some sort of viral infection. I would call the doctor and ask how to proceed - often times they dont have you come in unless the fever doesnt go down with tylenol or motrin or if the fever persists over multiple days. Definitely best to make a call to the pediatrition, though.
