I was on the Depo shot from September 2013-May 2015, the last shot running out in August 2015. I experienced withdrawal symptoms and withdrawal bleeding after getting off. The first 6 months, no bleeding at all, then I would get very irregular, heavy bleeding. Very unpredictable. 3 weeks bleeding straight, 1 week no bleeding, 3 days spotting, etc, for another year. I didnt get a normal cycle until Feb 2017. My husband and I have been trying to convince since. I track my periods, I track my “best fertility dates”, but that’s it. But it’s hard because its still a hassle tracking my periods. They’ll be normal for 6 months, then 3 months in a row they’ll be wonky. I’m lost on what to do, and just kind of overall sad about it at this point. Thoughts? Encouragement? Experience? Thanks for listening. 💓💓
